Why does my battery keep dying even though it's new?

Almost always a parasitic draw, something on the vehicle staying awake after you lock it and slowly flattening a perfectly healthy battery. It can be a module that never goes to sleep, a stuck relay, an aftermarket accessory, or a wiring fault. Finding it means measuring current draw and isolating circuits until the culprit shows itself. Replacing the battery again will not fix it.

My car cranks but won't start. What causes that?

If it cranks, the starter and battery are doing their job, so the problem is usually fuel, spark, or an immobilizer that does not recognize the key. On modern vehicles it is frequently electrical: a crank or cam sensor, a fuel pump relay or circuit, or a control module that is not commanding the engine to fire. Testing tells them apart quickly.

Can you fix an electrical problem another shop couldn't find?
